The "Tailored" Plan
You will receive a plan tailored to your company's needs within 48 hours of the consultation.

The Service Agreement
Upon acceptance of the plan, Turning Point will initiate a service agreement.  Yes, this agreement
may be cancelled if services are not rendered to your satisfaction.  No contracts.

Confidentiality Agreement
For your protection, all clients are required to sign a confidentiality agreement.  Confidential
information shall include all data, materials, products, technology, computer programs,
specifications, manuals, business plans, software, marketing plans, financial information, and other
information disclosed or submitted, orally, in writing, or by any other media, to Turning Point by your
company. Confidential information disclosed orally shall be identified as such within five (5) days of
disclosure.
